CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Construction Management Team from EXPAT PRIMADUTA will worked on these construction phases, every phase will need different sources and number of team member:


 

DESIGN

to control design work by planning consultant based on time frame and cost frame. To minimize the risk of unnecessary re-design.

TENDER PREPARATION

assist Owners / Investors / Project Superintendent, to control necessary documents needed to launch the construction tender, by doing the re-assessment of the design (drawing & specification), and the estimated Bill of Quantity provided by owner.

CONSTRUCTION

controlling tools and preparation needed before starting the construction, such as construction drawing & shop drawing. Also to control the construction by contractor, include: workmanship, schedule (based contract), modification based on field condition or owner's request.

COMMISSIONING & HANDING OVER

to make sure the finished construction/project have fulfill the contract agreement, well functioned after the final and commissioning test, include if there are any specific standard required by local government as stated on the regulation.
